Kanoodle.com Launches Affiliate Program

Kanoodle.com (kanoodle.com), a pay-per-click search engine operator, announced last week that it had introduced the "Earn on Errors" program, an affiliate program that pays Web site owners for clickthroughs they refer to Kanoodle.com Web sites.

Under the program, Web site owners can retain customers when error pages appear by cutting and pasting code provided by Kanoodle.com that replaces the error page with a Kanoodle.com search function. The page displayed includes a search function and links to Kanoodle.com pages. The company said every clickthrough pays the Web site operator $0.02.

"By coupling search functionality with a monetized affiliate opportunity, we've given Web site owners a chance to earn money from what would normally be a dead page, and a lost consumer," said Rich Davignon, referral development manager, for Kanoodle.com.

Michaal Feeley, president of Kanoodle.com said payments are only made for clickthroughs, not for searches typed in to the Kanoodle.com search engine that appears on the display page.
